  • Minimum Offtake/Guaranteed Income/Feed-in Tariffs/Structured Finance products for Project Finance.

  • Project Finance – finance around an SPV with only the assets as security.

  • Legal framework on the jurisdiction.

  • PPP and reflection on Public Debt.

INSTRUCTOR:

Dr Paul Leitão, Mercurio Capital CEO, has a solid decade of Project Finance and PPP experience in Europe, mainly in the power-generation area, but also rail infrastructure, telecoms infrastructure, water infrastructure, at different levels of government level PPP structures (local, regional, state, and national).

Dr Paul Leitão completed the supervision of several projects and created new modelling for Project Finance, used in the UK.
